Adorable little muffins, light and fluffy with no nasties in the ingredients. Great for packed lunched and on-the-go snacks as these are individually wrapped. If the plastic worries you just make sure you recycle or look into making eco-bricks. My daughter loved these in her school bag, they made great snacks to prevent any hypo’s too (she’s T1D)
