Refunds

  1. Refunds may be offered at the discretion of the management. Refunds are only taken into consideration in circumstances where there is a clear reason to do so, For example technical failure, or situations where you clearly did not receive what you have ordered or goods are damaged or spoiled.

Internet Sales

  1. Internet sales orders can only be confirmed as received once a confirmation email has been received by the customer.
  2. The two hour notice commences upon confirmation.
  3. No amendments can be made to internet orders once payment has been made.
  4. In the event that an incorrect price is charged for an online order due to any technical glitch or error on the online ordering system, American Muffin Co. Ltd reserves the right to charge the correct price. We will make every effort to notify you of this prior to delivery.

Product Storage and Shelf Life

  1. All cakes should be stored in a cool dark place and away from direct sunlight.
  2. Each item or its container will be marked clearly with its use by date.

Online payment

  1. Non-receipt of payment authorisation confirmation by the customer indicates non-acceptance of order.

Delivery

  1. All products are delivered boxed.
  2. We deliver nationwide through couriers. Delivery times and slots will be adhered to. However, this is outside the direct contol of American Muffin Co.Ltd.
  3. Incorrect or insufficient delivery detalis can result in late or non-delivery. In such circumstances, we would try to rectify the problem as best as possible. However, no refunds will be made in such circumstances.
  4. If a reciepent is not available to take delivery of your order, the courier will try to leave the order with a neighbour or, if unavailable, will try to identify a safe place (i.e. somewhere sheltered to leave the order). If this is not possible the courier will leave a calling card and the reciepent will be responsible for arranging a suitable alternative delivery time.
  5. Any re-direction costs incurred, will be charged.
  6. Deliveries cannot be made to P.O. Box addresses.
  7. Deliveries cannot be made outside the UK.

Cancellation

  1. There will be no refund on orders cancelled after two hours.
  2. Credit vouchers are issued at the discretion of the management. Internet orders cannot be cancelled or amended once payment is made.

Complaints: We take any complaints extemely seriously and would like you to get in touch via telephone, email or letter if our products were unsatisfactory so that we can endevour to improve our services  for the future.Your statutory rights are not affected.
